A chair is not a consultation. A consultation is a conversation, and conversations take a minute to get honest.

We block thirty minutes before any first visit. No scissors. No capes. Just a mirror, your hair as it is, and a conversation about the gap between where it's living and where you want it to live.

The three questions

We ask what you loved about your last cut, what you hated, and what you haven't been brave enough to ask for. That third question is usually the important one.

From there we look at texture, density, growth patterns, lifestyle. A cut that works for someone who air-dries is a different cut for someone who round-brushes every morning. This is obvious; most salons skip it anyway.

The consultation is the service. The cut is just the proof.
